CrispyFlyer is a processing tool. Customers are responsible for having permission to use the material they upload.
CrispyFlyer is operated by Halloween Parts Plus LLC. Rights and takedown notices concerning the CrispyFlyer service are handled by Halloween Parts Plus LLC.
Customer responsibility
By submitting artwork, the customer confirms that they own it or have permission to use, modify, reproduce, and process it. CrispyFlyer does not transfer copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other intellectual-property rights.
Copyright or rights concerns
If you believe material processed through CrispyFlyer infringes your rights, contact aicreatureverse@gmail.com. Include a description of the protected work or right, the material at issue, how to identify the relevant transaction or file if known, your contact information, and a good-faith explanation of the concern.
Our response
We may investigate, restrict access to, or delete relevant stored material when appropriate. Because customer files are private and temporary, some material may already have been deleted before a request is received.
No false reports
Please submit rights complaints in good faith and provide accurate information. If you are unsure whether you own the relevant rights or whether a use is authorized, consider getting legal advice before submitting a complaint.
